Box lunches are great for serving a large or small group of people quickly and they are great for drop off business or office catering, or business meeting or training meetings because delivery time is more flexible and they are not a lot of fuss.  We offer several sandwiches and salad box lunches which all come with a dessert, side and a soda. We do ask that you call in to place your order for box lunch orders because the prices do vary depending on your variety and choices. Of course we deliver these beautiful box lunches to all areas of New Orleans, Metairie, even from Baton Rouge to Covington.

Po-Boys

These are 6" Lidenhimer French loaves. The meat sandwiches of Black Forest Ham, Smoked Turkey and our Raspberry Choipolte Roasted Pork come generously filled with the option of your choice of cheese. (cheddar, Swiss, Munster, pepper jack, or havarti) We also have salad filled sandwiches of grilled chicken salad, egg salad and tuna salad. 

 

The box lunches also come dressed with shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes' and pickles. The spreads of mayo and mustard are served on the side. Special spreads like our house made garlic or creole mayo, rio sour cream, or pesto mayo may be added. You also get your choice of

Grilled Chicken Club

Grilled chicken, bacon, ham, cheddar, swiss, tomatoes, lettuce and honey mustard spread.

Caesar Chicken Wrap

Fresh romaine lettuce, romano cheese and sliced grilled chicken all bundled up in a delicious wrap

California Turkey Wrap

We spread the wrap with a spicy sour cream, then sliced smoked turkey, then we toss some fresh spinach with our sesame lime dressing and seasoning, top that with shredded carrots, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese and cilantro. For an extra touch add some bacon or avocado.

Grilled Veggie Wrap

We spread this wrap with some lemony hummus and then top it with grilled asperagus, zucchini,and onions. We then toss some spinach in our pepper jelly vinegrette and on top of that we put some tomatoes, carrots and feta cheese. (other vegges could be substituted )

Focaccia

We bake our focaccia (which is an olive oil infused Italian bread) daily for one of the best box lunches sandwiches you ever had. 

Focaccia Grilled Chicken Club

Grilled chicken, bacon, ham, cheddar, swiss, tomatoes, lettuce and honey mustard spread.

Chicken Pesto focaccia

We spread the focaccia with our pesto dressing, then top it with grilled chicken, basted in pesto sauce. Top that with sliced provolone cheese and shredded romaine tossed with balsamic vinaigrette, sliced tomatoes and basil.

Creole Roast Pork

We spread this one with creole mustard and garlic mayo and a thin layer of onion marmalade. We then top it with thinly sliced raspberry chipotle roasted pork and sliced Munster cheese. We dress it with green leaf lettuce and tomatoes.

Salads

We offer 4 salads and several toppings you can add/sub  to your salad.

Oriental Chicken Salad

This is a mixture of chopped romaine and spinach. It is topped with shredded tortilla strips, jullien grilled chicken, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, green onions, tomatoes and cilantro. It comes with our sesame lime dressing.

Grilled Chicken Club Salad

Starts with a bed of romaine and croutons. It is topped with Grilled chicken, bacon, ham, cheddar, Swiss, and chopped egg, tomatoes, and artichokes. This is served with honey mustard.

Spinach Salad

Of course this starts with a bed of baby spinach, feta cheese, spicy candied pecans and dried cranberries. It comes with pepper jelly vinaigrette 

Caesar Salad

Romaine, Romano cheese, Croutons and our Pesto Caesar Dressing.
